The short version
This app exists so we can coach you. The data you put in is used for that and nothing else. Your coach sees it, you see it, and nobody else does. We never sell it, and you can have it deleted by asking.
What we collect
Your account details: name, email, and phone number. Your coaching data: weekly check-ins, weight and measurements, progress photos, food logs, workout logs, habits, and your chat messages with your coach, including conversations linked from WhatsApp. If you turn on nudges, we store a push subscription for your device.
Payments
Payments run through Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe directly and never touch our servers. We keep a record of what you paid for, when, and whether it went through.
Where it lives and who sees it
Everything is stored with Supabase in access-controlled databases. Photos and voice notes sit in private storage that needs a signed link to open. Access is limited to you and the coaching team. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything outside your coaching.
Your choices
Push notifications are opt-in and switch off any time in your profile. You can stop using the app whenever you want. If you want your account and data deleted, email hello@jackperformance.demo and we will remove it.
